Wealthspire has introduced a significantly expanded executive leadership team as the firm moves into its next stage of integration and growth following its formation as a unified company backed by Madison Dearborn Partners. The announcement includes a broad slate of senior appointments across revenue, investment management, finance, legal, people, technology, marketing, corporate development, and M&A.
In addition to previously announced roles for Mike LaMena as chief executive officer and Carl Nelson as president, the firm named Mike Goss as chief revenue officer and president of Wealthspire Institutional, where he will continue to guide the retirement advisory unit. Brad Long, CFA, has been appointed chief investment officer, leading investment philosophy, portfolio construction, and manager research across all client segments.
The executive lineup further includes Brett Schneider as chief financial officer, Veronica Moo as general counsel, Nataly Sogoloff as chief people officer, Steve Frampton as chief technology officer, Angela Giombetti as chief marketing officer, Brent Perkel as head of corporate development, and Chris DiMeo as head of mergers and acquisitions.
Wealthspire stated that these leaders will work together to accelerate integration efforts, bolster the client experience, and drive organic growth across private wealth, institutional advisory, retirement solutions, and business management.
Each central business line also maintains dedicated leadership. Alongside Goss in the Institutional segment, the firm named Eric Sontag as president of Wealthspire Private Client, Doug Brown as president and CEO of Newport Private Wealth, Chris Bucci as CEO of Ground Control Business Management, and Joel Shapiro as president of Wealthspire Retirement Advisory.
