Wealthspire announced that its Fiducient Advisors division has acquired Axia Advisory, an Indianapolis-based retirement plan consulting and investment advisory firm with approximately $1.9 billion in assets under management or advisement as of the end of 2025.

The transaction expands Wealthspire’s institutional advisory business and aligns with its strategy of partnering with firms that provide retirement plan guidance and fiduciary support. Through the acquisition, Axia Advisory’s clients will gain access to broader institutional investment resources, enhanced research capabilities, and integrated wealth solutions aimed at both plan sponsors and individual participants.

The firm also offers discretionary investment management, investment consulting, and customized investment solutions, alongside private wealth services, including portfolio management and financial planning.

Axia Advisory will continue operating from its Indianapolis office, maintaining continuity for clients while leveraging Wealthspire’s national platform, resources, and expanded capabilities.

Wealthspire operates as an independent wealth management, retirement advisory, and business management firm serving individuals, families, endowments, and institutions across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. The firm has more than 1,200 employees across over 40 offices and provides services spanning wealth management, institutional consulting, business management, family office, and retirement plan advisory.
