Webull Securities Thailand announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Pi Securities, a Thai investment services provider with more than 50 years of experience in the country’s capital markets.
Webull Thailand is a subsidiary of Webull Corporation, the owner of the Webull trading platform.
The acquisition will be carried out through a share purchase agreement signed between Webull Thailand’s direct parent company and Country Group Holdings, the controlling shareholder of Pi Securities.
Under the agreement, Webull will purchase all shares held by Country Group Holdings at a price that values Pi Securities at approximately $100 million.
Completion remains subject to customary closing conditions, including relevant regulatory approvals and shareholder approvals.
Disclosure of the acquisition was submitted to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on June 29, 2026.
Webull said the acquisition reflects its commitment to enhancing the digital investment experience for Thailand’s new generation of investors.
The deal also supports Webull’s broader strategy of scaling its footprint across Southeast Asia’s financial ecosystem.
Webull said the transaction demonstrates its confidence in Thailand’s financial and capital markets, along with the value of Pi Securities’ customer base, local expertise, investment product capabilities, and long-standing experience serving Thai investors.
By combining Pi Securities’ understanding of Thailand’s capital markets with Webull’s digital investing platform, Webull expects to expand its investment product offering and build a more comprehensive ecosystem for Thai investors.
Webull Thailand is licensed to conduct securities business by Thailand’s Ministry of Finance and is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand.
The company is also the ninth member of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
