Wed Society announced it has closed a Series B funding round at an $11 million valuation, positioning the Oklahoma City-based wedding planning platform to broaden its national footprint and invest in technology and operations as it targets continued expansion in 2026.

The company, led by cofounders Ashley Bowen-Murphy and Kami Huddleston alongside chief growth officer David Lewis, said it now spans 30 awarded franchise territories across 19 states as of Dec. 31, 2025, including 15 new locations signed last year. Wed Society attributed its growth to a locally owned, community-led model that connects engaged couples with curated wedding vendors through social and digital content, print products, and market-level programming.

Wed Society said its social and digital content surpassed 110 million annual views and interactions, while vendor memberships increased 61% year over year across the system. The company also reported a 66% year-over-year rise in wedding submissions and said upgrades to its proprietary platform, The Dashboard, generated more than 50,000 booking leads for members nationally.

Looking ahead, Wed Society said it expects to open 21 additional franchise markets in 2026 as it scales market coverage, member results, and fulfillment systems. Founded in 2007, the company launched its national franchise model in October 2023 and said it has accelerated growth since adopting the franchising approach.
