International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced that Rachel Weiner Cohen has joined the firm as a partner in its IP, Technology & Science Litigation practice in Washington, D.C. This appointment marks a continued expansion of the firm’s Intellectual Property capabilities as it strengthens its presence in complex technology and science-related disputes.

Rachel Weiner Cohen is recognized as a leading IP litigator representing major technology and life sciences companies in high-stakes intellectual property matters across the United States. Her practice spans patent and IP misappropriation disputes involving a broad range of technologies, including multimedia, mobile applications, social networking platforms, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, semiconductor systems, automotive components and crossbow technology.
