Wendel announced the appointment of Cyril Marie as a member of its Executive Board and Executive Vice President in charge of Asset Management, effective July 1, 2026.
The appointment was approved during a Supervisory Board meeting held on June 16, 2026.
Marie will join Executive Board Chairman Laurent Mignon and Group Deputy CEO David Darmon on Wendel’s Executive Board. He has been with Wendel since July 2023 and has played a key role in developing the Wendel Investment Managers platform.
Wendel Investment Managers now includes IK Partners, Monroe Capital, and Committed Advisors. As of March 31, 2026, the platform reported €50 billion in assets under management.
Before joining Wendel, Marie worked at Natixis Investment Managers. He served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development from 2009 to 2017 and later served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development through 2023. He began his career as a financial analyst before joining BPCE Group.
