White Cap has completed its strategic combination with Colony Hardware. The deal expands White Cap’s footprint across the Eastern and Central U.S. by adding Colony’s regional network of more than 60 locations spanning 20 states.
Colony is a distributor of tools, equipment, supplies, safety products, and tool repair and rental services, serving residential, commercial, and industrial contractors. White Cap said the combination is intended to broaden product availability, strengthen service capabilities, and increase convenience through a larger branch network, while maintaining the customer service standards both organizations emphasize.
White Cap operates more than 550 branches across North America and serves roughly 200,000 customers, supplying a range of specialty construction categories including concrete accessories and chemicals, tools and equipment, building materials and fasteners, erosion and waterproofing products, and safety products.
