Global law firm White & Case announced that Nicole Daley has joined the firm as a partner in its Boston office, expanding both its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry Group.
The move reflects the Firm’s continued investment in high-growth sectors and its broader strategy to strengthen its global M&A capabilities. Daley focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the life sciences and healthcare sector. She also advises emerging growth companies on startup and formation matters, corporate governance, venture financings and transformational transactions, with additional experience spanning technology, financial institutions and telecommunications.
Daley joins from another law firm, where she served as a partner. She previously held in-house experience as an associate general counsel of a Nasdaq-listed global company.
The addition comes as White & Case’s Corporate practice continues its expansion. Since the beginning of 2025, the Firm has added more than 31 lateral partners globally. Recent high-profile additions include Stephen Fraidin and Richard Brand in New York; Richard Browne, Helen Croke, Henry Birch, Arun Birla and Jiten Tank in London; Cyril Valentin, Antoine Mercier, Sarah Fleury and Romain Guénin in Paris; Alberto Sepulveda in Mexico City; and Aaron Kenavan and Jamie Palmer in Sydney.
