White & Case announced that Shao-Ling Angoh has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in its Global Debt Finance Practice, Global Financial Institutions Industry Group, and Global Private Capital Industry Group. The appointment strengthens the firm’s growing fund finance capabilities and expands its ability to serve financial institutions, sponsors, and private capital clients globally.
Angoh brings more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions, corporates, and sponsors across a wide range of fund sectors, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries, and hedge funds. The firm said Angoh’s market reputation and strong relationships with financial institutions and institutional clients will support the continued growth of its global fund finance offering. White & Case has built a leading practice spanning multiple debt products available to private funds and continues to expand its capabilities to meet evolving client needs.
Angoh’s appointment follows other recent investments in the firm’s fund finance practice, including the additions of partners Emma Russell in London and Dylan Glazier in New York.
