White & Case Expands M&A And Life Sciences Practice With Nicole Daley Partner Hire In Boston

White & Case has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry Group with the addition of Nicole Daley as a partner in Boston.

Daley advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the life sciences and healthcare sector. She also counsels emerging growth companies on startup and formation matters, corporate governance, venture financings, and transformational transactions. Her broader experience spans industries including technology, financial institutions, and telecommunications.

She joins the firm from another law firm, where she served as a partner. Daley also has in-house experience as an associate general counsel at a Nasdaq-listed global company.

The hire comes as White & Case continues to grow its Corporate practice. Since the beginning of 2025, the firm has added more than 31 lateral partners globally. Recent additions include Stephen Fraidin and Richard Brand in New York; Richard Browne, Helen Croke, Henry Birch, Arun Birla, and Jiten Tank in London; Cyril Valentin, Antoine Mercier, Sarah Fleury, and Romain Guénin in Paris; Alberto Sepulveda in Mexico City; and Aaron Kenavan and Jamie Palmer in Sydney. Other recent partner additions include Elizabeth Holland, Jonathan Polkes, and Stacy Nettleton in New York; Nicholas Mitrokostas in Boston; and David Stone, Adrian Dykes, and Karla Hughes in London.
