Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Global Technology Industry Group with the addition of Norman Röchert as a partner in Germany.

Röchert is widely recognized as a leading technology lawyer in Germany, advising international growth funds, financial sponsors, growth companies, and founders across emerging sectors including artificial intelligence, defense technology, energy transition, and financial software. His client base includes prominent US and UK venture and growth funds as well as a range of fast growing European companies.

He brings extensive experience in complex corporate finance matters, including initial public offerings and other stock exchange related transactions. Röchert joins White & Case from Taylor Wessing, where he served as partner and co chair of the international technology, media and communications sector group. He has nearly 20 years of experience.
