White & Case announced that Paul Tiger has joined the firm as a partner in its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in New York, further expanding its US corporate capabilities.
Tiger advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity investments, across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, building materials, chemicals, logistics, and retail.
He also brings significant experience in technology and energy transition matters for both TMT and industrial clients. His practice includes joint ventures and minority investment transactions, special committee representations, and counseling C-suites and boards on shareholder activism, corporate governance, disclosure matters, and fiduciary duty considerations.
White & Case said the addition aligns with its strategy of strengthening its US platform and continuing to invest in its global M&A bench.
Tiger joins from another international law firm, where he most recently served as a partner and held leadership roles, including Global Co-Head of Industrials and Head of US Transactions.
