Global law firm White & Case announced it has expanded its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and Employment, Compensation & Benefits (ECB) Practice with the addition of Sasha Belinkie as a partner in New York.
Belinkie has experience handling the compensation and benefits issues and negotiations in M&A and other corporate transactions, including advising on governance matters, securities laws and compensation disclosure, as well as employment, retention, incentive, equity and other compensation arrangements.
White & Case’s Global M&A Practice has continued to expand this year, with the recent addition of partners Richard Brand, Kiran Kadekar, Erica Hogan and Jaye Kasper in New York; Richard Browne in London; and Aaron Kenavan and Jamie Palmer in Sydney.
