White Mountains Partners: Basesix Systems Acquisition For Building Systems Integration Expansion

White Mountains Partners, an operating company of White Mountains Insurance Group, announced that it has acquired a majority interest in BaseSix Systems LLC, a provider of building systems integration and aftermarket services.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, Basesix delivers design, installation, retrofit, maintenance, and repair services for mission critical low voltage building systems. The company serves commercial and institutional customers across fire and life safety, network and wireless, security and access control, and audio visual systems.

The acquisition positions Basesix to accelerate its growth strategy, including expanding into new markets and pursuing strategic acquisitions. White Mountains Partners focuses on providing institutional capital to founder led businesses in essential services and light industrial sectors, aligning with Basesix’s multidisciplinary systems integration model.

Support: Advisors on the transaction included Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP as legal counsel to White Mountains Partners, Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC as financial advisor, and Miller and Martin PLLC as legal counsel to Basesix.
