WHOOP: $575 Million At $10.1 Billion Valuation Raised For Wearable Health Platform Expansion

WHOOP announced it has raised $575 million in Series G funding at a $10.1 billion valuation, marking a major step forward in its efforts to build a global personalized health platform.

The funding round was led by Collaborative Fund and included participation from a broad group of institutional investors such as 2PointZero Group, Qatar Investment Authority, Mubadala Investment Company, Abbott, Mayo Clinic, Macquarie Capital, Glade Brook, B-Flexion, IVP, Foundry, Accomplice, Affinity Partners, Promus Ventures, and Bullhound Capital. A number of high-profile individual investors also joined the round, including Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy, Reggie Miller, Niall Horan, Karen Wazen, Virgil van Dijk, Mathieu van der Poel, and Shane Lowry.

The company plans to use the proceeds to accelerate global expansion and advance its long-term vision of delivering a unified, AI-powered health platform focused on prevention, performance optimization, and longevity.

WHOOP is experiencing strong growth momentum globally. The company now serves more than 2.5 million members worldwide. In 2025, bookings increased 103% year over year, reaching a $1.1 billion run rate, and the company achieved positive operating cash flow. WHOOP is also expanding its workforce, with plans to hire more than 600 employees across research, development, and global operations.

The platform is built on more than 24 billion hours of physiological data and leverages proprietary AI models to deliver personalized insights into sleep, recovery, strain, and overall health. Users engage frequently with the app to monitor performance and identify early warning signs of potential health risks, supporting a shift toward preventive care.

As part of the round, Abbott joined as a strategic investor, bringing expertise in diagnostics, medical devices, nutrition, and healthcare innovation. The partnership is expected to enhance WHOOP’s capabilities in delivering more connected and personalized health solutions.

Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Boston, WHOOP has raised more than $900 million to date, operates in multiple languages, and ships to over 50 countries.
