Advantage Solutions announced it is buying Quantum Networks — which is a New York City-based e-commerce retailer and agency representing over 100 brands on 7 global online marketplaces. The terms of the deal undisclosed.

Quantum Networks provides brand management and brand identity services for businesses that want to grow on Amazon. These tools include minimum advertised price monitoring, targeted online advertising strategies, brand optimization through enhanced online content, detailed monthly reporting, forecasting, and reverse logistics for ensuring full in-stock rates and customer-review monitoring.

Quantum is considered the latest addition to Advantage Digital Technology, a division Advantage launched in 2015 to help clients find and optimize omnichannel opportunities. And Advantage Digital Technology companies offer business intelligence solutions that automate reporting and provide critical insights, content services that help clients create/enhance/syndicate their brand content, and e-commerce services that optimize brands’ online presence and sales.

“The Quantum team has excelled at building strong relationships with brands and delivering results,” said Chris Butler, president of Advantage Digital Technology. “As third-party selling continues to grow, Quantum continues to innovate to drive sales for brands and their online retail partners. We’re delighted to welcome the Quantum team to the Advantage Digital Technology family.”

Along with working with Amazon, Quantum also represents brands on eBay, Newegg, Walmart.com, Reverb, Google Shopping Actions, and Quantum’s own Blucoil.com consumer electronics and audio site. Blucoil also sells Quantum’s Blucoil-branded products and “Blucoil bundles,” which pair Blucoil accessories with partner brands’ complementary products.

Quantum was founded in 2008 and it is managed by President Jonathan Goldman and Chief Operating Officer Eytan Wiener.

“We are very excited to join Advantage Solutions in expanding our resources and our expertise with a shared vision for growth for us and our brand partners,” Goldman explained.
