GreenArrow announced that it has acquired Atlantic Transportation Systems, a transportation infrastructure and safety services provider based in Central Pennsylvania. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens GreenArrow’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region and advances its strategy of expanding its transportation electrical and safety solutions platform nationwide.
Atlantic Transportation Systems specializes in installing, maintaining, and inspecting traffic signals, intersections, intelligent highways, fiber optics, and roadway lighting.
The company also provides school safety systems, pavement markings, and utility line location services.
Atlantic Transportation Systems has built a strong reputation across Central Pennsylvania for supporting roadway and school zone safety. Its operations include a 300-point intersection inspection protocol designed to support quality, reliability, and public safety.
GreenArrow said the acquisition integrates Atlantic Transportation Systems into its existing Pennsylvania operations and enhances its capabilities in the region.
The deal also reflects GreenArrow’s “Land and Expand” strategy, which focuses on building regional density and expanding service capabilities through add-on acquisitions.
GreenArrow is a provider of transportation infrastructure services focused on maintaining and installing transportation electrical infrastructure, including traffic signals, streetlights, intelligent transportation systems, and utility systems.
