Osprey Landscape Group announced that it has acquired LandGraphics, a commercial landscape services provider serving Southern California.
Osprey Landscape Group is a commercial landscape services platform and a portfolio company of Southfield Capital. The transaction closed in June 2026 and marks Osprey’s first acquisition in California.
LandGraphics provides commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, water management, and arbor care services across San Diego and Orange County.
The acquisition establishes Osprey’s presence in one of the largest commercial landscape markets in the United States and expands the company’s footprint across the Western U.S.
LandGraphics was formed through the integration of LandGraphics and New Way Landscape & Tree Care Services, combining two regional landscape services businesses with a focus on quality and customer service.
Osprey plans to continue operating under the LandGraphics brand while building on the company’s existing leadership, employees, customer relationships, and local market reputation.
The deal creates a California platform for Osprey as the company continues investing in growth across commercial landscaping markets.
Osprey said the acquisition strengthens its ability to serve customers through local expertise, operational excellence, shared resources, and a people-first culture.
