Premier Radiology Services announced the acquisition of Specialists in Diagnostic Imaging, a leading provider of subspecialty teleradiology services. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NationalRad (based in Deerfield Beach, Florida) has been a trusted name in the radiology industry since 1999.
