Rad Life Mobility, a subsidiary of Life Electric Vehicles Holdings, acquired QuietKat from Revelyst. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
QuietKat is an off-road electric bike brand recognized for its presence among outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, anglers, land managers, and backcountry explorers.
The acquisition expands Rad Life Mobility’s electric mobility portfolio and strengthens its presence across adventure, hunting, recreation, and outdoor markets.
QuietKat will become a key brand within the Rad Life Mobility ecosystem.
Rad Life Mobility plans to continue investing in QuietKat’s off-road electric mobility platform, dealer and retail channel support, product development, and customer experience.
The company also plans to support QuietKat customers, dealers, and partners by maintaining a consistent brand focus, strengthening operational support, and providing access to its broader network of industry relationships, product knowledge, supply chain resources, and channel expertise.
Founded in 2012, QuietKat helped pioneer the off-road e-bike category.
The brand has built a reputation for innovation, performance, and customer loyalty by developing purpose-built products for rugged terrain and backcountry access.
Rad Life Mobility plans to preserve QuietKat’s distinct brand identity while aligning it with a broader electric mobility platform.
The acquisition adds QuietKat to a portfolio that includes Rad Power Bikes and Serial 1.
Together, the brands position Rad Life Mobility to serve a wider range of customers across everyday transportation, premium urban mobility, off-road recreation, hunting, land management, and adventure use cases.
The deal supports Rad Life Mobility’s strategy to build a connected portfolio of electric mobility brands with shared operating infrastructure, supplier relationships, and sales and service support across direct-to-consumer, retail, dealer, and reseller channels.
Rad Life Mobility said its leadership team brings experience across U.S. assembly, supply chain development, product sourcing, distribution, dealer engagement, and customer support.
The company expects these capabilities to help strengthen QuietKat’s next chapter by improving operational consistency, expanding channel support, and creating opportunities for product and service improvements.
For Revelyst, the divestiture supports a broader strategy to sharpen its focus on its core portfolio and accelerate investment in areas where it sees the greatest opportunity to drive long-term value.
Revelyst is a portfolio of sports technology and outdoor gear brands, including Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, Fox, Bell, Giro, CamelBak, Bushnell, Simms Fishing, and others.
Rad Life Mobility is focused on acquiring, developing, and scaling electric bicycle and micromobility brands through direct-to-consumer, retail, dealer, reseller, and service channels.
