DIANA – based on its strong heritage from the Dutch Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) – emerged as a trusted and respected commercial partner for several leading engineering and energy companies, research and government organizations, and construction firms. Renowned for its high-end nonlinear FEA solutions, DIANA became a key player in providing world-class software products and services across various engineering sectors.
LAUNCHED in 1996, Rocscience specializes in 2D and 3D modeling, simulation, and rock and soil behavior analysis. And the company’s team of industry experts is dedicated to developing the most advanced geotechnical software for civil, structural, and mining professionals. The acquisition of DIANA is a testament to this commitment and a significant milestone in Rocscience’s expansion strategy.
The combined company has a customer base of 12,000 professionals across 120 countries, which further solidifies Rocscience’s standing as a dominant force and global leader in engineering software solutions.
