RVNA Technologies announced that it has acquired UXB Holdings, a San Francisco-based technology services company specializing in modern customer experience and work management platforms.
The acquisition expands RVNA’s enterprise technology capabilities across front-office and back-office systems. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
UXB was founded in 2015 by former Salesforce.com executive Bruno Saab. The company was built to identify and support high-growth cloud-native platforms in CRM, customer experience, and IT service management before they reached mainstream adoption.
Over the past decade, UXB has become an implementation and managed services provider with more than 800 clients served, including major enterprise customers.
UXB’s platform portfolio includes Freshworks and monday.com, supporting customer experience, CRM, IT service management, work management, and project delivery initiatives. The company holds Platinum partner status with Freshworks and is one of monday.com’s fastest-growing Gold Partners.
RVNA said the acquisition reflects its belief that UXB’s team, platform expertise, and client relationships represent a significant growth opportunity. RVNA plans to invest in expanding UXB’s capabilities, partner ecosystem, and market reach as part of the combined company.
RVNA Technologies specializes in platforms and systems used by the CFO office, including enterprise back-office and financial operations systems. The company said it has seen customer experience and CRM platforms become increasingly adopted, governed, and measured by CFOs and finance teams.
As companies seek tighter integration between front-office revenue data and back-office financial performance, RVNA said the combined organization is positioned to provide expertise across both domains.
By combining RVNA’s back-office technology capabilities with UXB’s front-office customer experience expertise, the companies plan to deliver a broader enterprise platform offering. The combined organization also expects to expand service capabilities, create new career opportunities for employees, and deliver more value to clients.
RVNA Technologies is headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. UXB is based in San Francisco.
