Wildflower Health has acquired Every Mother, a digital platform providing pelvic floor and core health programs for women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery and midlife. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition marks Wildflower’s entry into the direct-to-consumer market. It also adds specialized physical recovery resources to the company’s digital and hybrid maternal health services.
Every Mother provides personalized, research-based exercise programs developed in collaboration with pelvic floor physical therapists. Its platform is designed to address conditions such as pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness and diastasis recti, which involves separation of the abdominal muscles.
The company’s programs can be completed at home and are eligible for Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funds. Every Mother is positioned as both a complement to in-person physical therapy and an option for women who face high out-of-pocket costs or limited access to specialists.
Wildflower plans to integrate Every Mother’s consumer platform with its enterprise technology and wraparound care models. This combination could make pelvic floor and core rehabilitation available through consumer subscriptions, healthcare providers and insurance-sponsored programs.
Wildflower provides digital tools, artificial intelligence and human support intended to connect women with health benefits, providers and care resources. Its infrastructure supports thousands of women’s health providers and millions of covered lives.
The company believes pelvic and abdominal recovery should become a routine component of prenatal and postpartum care rather than an optional service. Integrating these programs could help identify symptoms earlier and direct women toward appropriate exercises or clinical treatment.
Wildflower cited clinical data indicating that as many as 60% of women experience diastasis recti after pregnancy. The company said many women are unaware of the condition or lack a clear pathway for receiving treatment.
Untreated pelvic floor and core problems can be associated with chronic pain, reduced mobility and pelvic organ prolapse. The acquisition is intended to give women easier access to structured support before symptoms become more severe.
Every Mother was founded in 2018 to expand access to evidence-based core and pelvic floor programs. By joining Wildflower, the company expects to extend its methodology beyond a standalone consumer application and into a broader maternal healthcare ecosystem.
The transaction also supports Wildflower’s value-based care strategy, which seeks to improve outcomes while reducing unnecessary healthcare expenses. The combined platform will offer payers and providers another way to incorporate preventive physical recovery into maternity and women’s health programs.
