Willie’s Remedy+: Willie Nelson-Backed THC Drinks Brand Raises $15 Million Series A

Willie’s Remedy+, a THC-infused beverages brand inspired by Willie Nelson, has raised a $15 million Series A round to accelerate a national retail push and continue product development. The financing was led by Left Lane Capital with participation from Second Sight Ventures.

The company says it has sold more than 400,000 bottles in less than a year since launch, positioning itself as the top-selling THC beverage online. Willie’s Remedy+ markets its products as a modern alternative to alcohol, using U.S.-grown, hemp-derived THC blended with CBD, CBG, and L-theanine, with effects it says typically begin within 15 to 30 minutes and taper after roughly one to one-and-a-half hours.

The brand is preparing for a national retail rollout in early 2026, leaning on JuneShine Brands’ wholesaler relationships and three-tier distribution network. After a limited retail test with Total Wine, Willie’s Remedy+ plans to expand with a 10-SKU lineup that includes 750ml THC-infused spirits, 12oz THC-infused seltzers, and 2oz THC-infused shots.

Willie’s Remedy+ also said it is supporting the farming community, starting with a $40,000 donation to Willie Nelson’s Farm Aid Foundation, and plans to continue contributions as the brand scales.

“The biggest killer on the planet is stress, and I still think the best medicine is — and always has been — cannabis. I gave up alcohol and tobacco a long time ago and switched to pot. Marijuana should be recognized for what it is: a remedy. I’m excited to share my remedy with the world.”

“Banning hemp won’t solve problems,” Nelson said. “Smart regulation will.”

“We invest in brands that align with where consumers are going — not where they’ve been. Today’s consumers are seeking balance, intention, and better-for-you experience.
