Willow Wealth Introduces Evergreen Funds From Carlyle, Goldman Sachs, And StepStone

Willow Wealth has expanded its private markets offering with the addition of evergreen funds from Carlyle, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and StepStone, marking a significant enhancement to its platform as demand for institutional-caliber private market exposure continues to grow.

The new integration gives accredited investors immediate access to fully deployed portfolios in private credit, private equity, and real estate, delivered through fund structures that aim to offer periodic liquidity.

The company unveiled three new evergreen products: the Carlyle Tactical Private Credit Fund, the StepStone Private Markets Fund, and the Goldman Sachs Real Estate Diversified Income Fund. Additional evergreen vehicles are expected to roll out in the coming months as Willow Wealth broadens its lineup of private market solutions.

Registered investment advisors have long used evergreen funds, which manage more than $180 billion in assets. Willow Wealth is positioning its platform as a streamlined way for individual accredited investors to access these continuously invested vehicles alongside the firm’s existing drawdown funds, individual deal opportunities, and managed portfolio options. According to the company, the three newly added evergreen funds collectively represent more than eleven point seven billion dollars in assets under management as of September thirty, 2025.

Unlike traditional private equity or private credit structures, which may require years to deploy capital, evergreen funds offer subscription-to-investment exposure within days, allowing investors to capture the return profile of fully invested portfolios more quickly. Willow Wealth stated that the new additions reflect a long-term vision in which private markets exposure can be built through a mix of always-on, diversified core funds and selective, differentiated opportunities.

The firm noted that the expansion arrives as investors increasingly seek access to alternative asset classes and as real estate valuations shift following recent interest rate movements. With more than 500,000 members currently using the Willow platform, the company aims to make private markets investing more accessible to a broader population of accredited investors.

The new evergreen funds are available immediately through the Willow Wealth platform.

Today’s announcement represents our vision for the next generation of private markets investing — one where investors can build complete portfolios combining always-on core exposure through evergreen funds with targeted, differentiated individual opportunities. These three inaugural funds from Carlyle, Stepstone, and Goldman Sachs stood out for their track records, scale, and strategic fit as core portfolio holdings.”

Mitchell Caplan, CEO of Willow Wealth

“We see private markets playing a larger role in long-term portfolio construction, and distribution partnerships are key to meeting that growing demand. Willow Wealth’s platform aligns with our commitment to broaden access to institutional-grade solutions, and we look forward to working together as they support their investors’ goals.”

Shane Clifford, Head of Global Wealth at Carlyle
