Wilton & Bain has appointed Oliver Bentley as a Partner within its Interim Management business, where he will focus on senior interim leadership appointments across consumer markets.
Bentley’s practice will concentrate particularly on business transformation, technology and digital roles.
He will work with consumer-sector clients on C-suite and C-1 interim appointments, serving both large corporations and private equity-backed businesses looking for executives capable of leading periods of significant change.
Bentley’s experience spans transformation advisory and executive recruitment. He has worked with CEOs and investors to identify leaders capable of managing critical stages of business growth, including situations involving mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, Bentley worked in Value Creation & Transformation Advisory at New Street Consulting Group.
In that role, he worked with corporate leaders and investors across the consumer and fast-moving consumer goods markets.
At Wilton & Bain, Bentley will develop a consumer transformation and technology practice while collaborating with the firm’s established partners across consumer, private equity and technology.
The appointment expands Wilton & Bain’s Interim Management business as clients face changing consumer behavior, technology investment, cost pressures and transformation requirements.
