WIN has expanded its executive leadership team with three new roles as the fertility and family support benefits company approaches supporting one million families.
The company appointed Claudio Stefan as Chief Growth Officer, Stacey Zeltner as Chief People Officer, and Dr. Michael Meighu as Vice President Of Artificial Intelligence. WIN said the appointments are intended to support continued expansion across employer and health plan partnerships, organizational development, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence across its platform.
Stefan will lead growth across health plans, strategic partnerships, and additional distribution channels. He previously led growth at SonderMind, where he developed partnerships spanning health plans, health systems, government agencies, and strategic partners. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade in investment banking advising on M&A transactions.
Zeltner will oversee WIN’s people strategy and organizational development. She previously served as the first Chief People Officer at Spire Orthopedic Partners and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sabra Dipping Company. Her experience spans healthcare, consumer products, higher education, and financial services.
Meighu will lead WIN’s artificial intelligence strategy, governance, and adoption, with a focus on translating emerging technologies into practical business and clinical applications. He brings more than 20 years of digital transformation experience, including a decade focused on AI, and previously held an AI leadership role at CGI specializing in generative AI, natural language processing, knowledge management systems, and enterprise AI implementation.
The leadership expansion follows a period of substantial growth for WIN. Over the past two years, the company has more than doubled the number of families it supports from more than 500,000 to nearly one million. WIN now serves 900 employer clients covering 9.5 million lives, representing a 20% increase over the same period.
WIN has also expanded its international footprint from 55 countries to 124 countries, representing a 125% increase. The company said its provider network includes the largest network of double-board-certified reproductive endocrinologists in the U.S., giving 90% of the U.S. population access to a fertility subspecialist within 30 minutes of home.
WIN provides fertility, family-building, and family wellness benefits spanning fertility treatment and preservation, surrogacy and adoption, maternity and doulas, menopause and andropause, parenting resources, caregiving support, and return-to-work programs.
KEY QUOTES:
“For three decades, WIN has led by anticipating what employers and families will need next. As we enter our next phase, that means expanding our reach, investing in our people and using technology thoughtfully, without losing the clinical expertise and human guidance that have always been fundamental to how we support families. Claudio, Stacey, and Michael each bring critical expertise to that vision, and together they strengthen our ability to build what comes next for WIN.”
