Winamp Group, owner of the Winamp, Bridger, Jamendo, and Hotmix platforms, reported consolidated revenue of €1.040 million for the first half of 2026, compared with €1.131 million in the first half of 2025. The company said current revenue does not yet fully reflect the investments it has made in its artist-focused ecosystem or the platform’s monetization potential.

During the period, Winamp for Artists expanded with the launch of a Website Builder, Fanzone, and global merchandising offering, complementing existing music distribution, licensing, and rights management services, while Bridger, the Group’s rights management platform, signed several dozen new agreements with collective management organizations worldwide and began collecting its first revenues from recently signed deals.

The company said a fully engaged artist could generate an annual gross margin of approximately €250 from their third year within the ecosystem, reflecting a deliberate strategy built around long-term artist relationships rather than simple user acquisition.

On the legal front, Jamendo initiated legal actions in U.S. federal courts against NVIDIA and Suno over alleged unauthorized use of musical content in AI development, while related legal proceedings continue in Belgium. Winamp Group also strengthened its financial position during the half, completing capital increases and debt-to-equity conversions that added approximately €2.45 million to shareholders’ equity, finalizing a price guarantee settlement with Azerion related to the sale of Radionomy and Targetspot, repaying approximately €5.2 million of debt to its long-standing financial partner, and restructuring the remaining balance over a 36-month period. The Group’s next results publication is scheduled for October 30, 2026.
