Windsor Capital Invests $50 Million In Space Labs At $1.02 Billion Valuation

Windsor Capital has completed a $50 million strategic investment in Space Labs, acquiring a 4.9% minority stake in the Slovenian technology company at an implied post-money valuation of approximately $1.02 billion.

The transaction follows a process spanning more than two years that included contractual milestones and financial, technical and legal due diligence.

Space Labs plans to use the $50 million in primary capital to expand internationally and accelerate development of its technology infrastructure and real-world applications.

The company develops proprietary protocols, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts and digital economic systems.

A central part of the platform is RWD Protocol, or Real World Digitalization Protocol.

Space Labs said RWD is designed to connect real-world projects and businesses with capital and global communities through blockchain, smart contracts and digital processes.

As an initial commercial partnership, Space Labs and Windsor Capital are developing a vehicle distribution channel through Windsor’s international automotive and industrial network.

The companies expect distribution to be introduced in phases across multiple international markets.
