Wingspire Equipment Finance has raised $407.07 million through WEF 2026-1, its third equipment asset-backed securitization and largest ABS transaction to date. The transaction issued six classes of notes.
Senior notes received AAA ratings from Fitch Ratings and Kroll Bond Rating Agency.
Investor demand exceeded the available securities by more than five times, according to Wingspire.
WEF 2026-1 is backed by equipment lease and loan contracts representing an aggregate securitization value of approximately $438.18 million as of the August 31 initial cutoff date.
The portfolio consists of 211 contracts across 63 obligors.
The latest securitization follows Wingspire Equipment Finance’s $201 million inaugural ABS issuance in 2024 and a second transaction that raised more than $292 million in 2025.
The company has increased the size of its ABS issuance in each of its three transactions.
The financing adds capital capacity as Wingspire continues expanding large-ticket equipment financing for middle-market and private equity-backed companies.
Wingspire Equipment Finance funded $701.3 million of volume during 2025, representing a 66% increase from 2024.
Wingspire Equipment Finance is the equipment financing arm of Wingspire Capital, which is a portfolio company of Blue Owl Capital Corporation.
