Winston & Strawn announced the addition of Stanislav (Stan) Kalminsky as a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. And he joins the Transactions Department, where he will be focused on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities cases.
Stan represented public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, in a variety of transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, and restructurings.
