Wipfli, a top 25 national advisory and accounting firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire CompliancePoint, a Duluth, Georgia-based provider of risk management services focused on information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Two partners and 52 associates will join Wipfli as a result of the transaction, which is expected to become effective May 1, 2026.
CompliancePoint brings specialization across cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance, serving clients across a wide range of industries with a holistic approach that recognizes how privacy, security, and compliance intersect across the full data lifecycle. The addition strengthens Wipfli’s risk management offerings and expands its ability to help organizations navigate regulatory scrutiny, evolving cybersecurity threats, and complex data protection requirements.
Wipfli has nearly 100 years of experience serving middle-market organizations and employs more than 3,000 associates with global alliances.
