Wireless Logic has acquired Comms365, a UK-based IoT connectivity specialist, in a move designed to expand its footprint in the country’s consolidating connectivity market and broaden access to advanced network solutions, including satellite services.
Comms365 provides advanced internet connectivity and secure managed solutions across cellular, fixed, satellite and bonded technologies. The company operates its own resilient network services platform, built to meet rising demand for always-on, high-availability internet services. Its portfolio includes SD-WAN, IoT, bonded internet, satellite and 4G/5G network services for business-to-business customers.
The acquisition will enable Comms365 to leverage Wireless Logic’s broader product suite and partner ecosystem while continuing to operate as a standalone business. There will be no immediate changes to customer contracts, partner relationships or day-to-day operations.
As part of the transition, Co-founder and CEO Mike van Bunnens will step away from the business following a handover period. John Whitty will assume the role of CEO, while Co-founder and CTO Shaun Nicholls will remain in his leadership position.

The deal reinforces Wireless Logic’s long-term commitment to the UK market as it continues to expand its IoT and connectivity capabilities across Europe.
