ALTÉRRA has partnered with General Atlantic’s BeyondNetZero strategy to invest in Wireless Logic, a UK-based Internet of Things connectivity platform, as part of efforts to scale digital infrastructure supporting the climate transition.

The investment, made through ALTÉRRA’s Opportunity Fund, is intended to support Wireless Logic’s next phase of global growth. Montagu will remain the majority shareholder in the company, continuing its backing alongside the new investors.

Founded in 2000, Wireless Logic provides secure and scalable IoT connectivity solutions that enable businesses to deploy, manage, and optimize networks of connected devices. Its platform connects physical assets to analytical software, supporting applications such as electric vehicle charging, smart metering, fleet management, agriculture, and industrial systems.

The company’s technology improves operational efficiency and reduces emissions by enabling real-time data transmission, automation, and performance optimization across sectors. Use cases include optimizing EV charging infrastructure, improving electricity grid efficiency, enhancing fleet routing, and supporting predictive maintenance in industrial environments.

ALTÉRRA said the investment aligns with its strategy of backing scalable, climate-focused technologies that deliver both environmental impact and commercial returns. The firm is one of the largest private investment vehicles for climate finance, launched with a $30 billion commitment from the United Arab Emirates and aiming to mobilize $250 billion in capital by 2030.

With continued support from Montagu, along with General Atlantic and ALTÉRRA, Wireless Logic is expected to expand both organically and through targeted acquisitions, particularly in high-growth markets where demand for IoT connectivity is increasing.

KEY QUOTES:
