WisdomTree: $200 Million Acquisition Of Derivatives Investment Manager Atlantic House

By Amit Chowdhry ● Mar 16, 2026

WisdomTree, a global asset manager and ETF provider, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Atlantic House Holdings Limited, a London-based derivatives-focused investment manager, in a deal valued at approximately £150 million (about $200 million). The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.

Atlantic House manages approximately £4.11 billion (around $5.5 billion) in assets and specializes in defined outcome and derivatives-driven investment strategies. The acquisition is designed to strengthen WisdomTree’s position in the fast-growing active ETF and outcome-oriented investment segment while expanding its capabilities in model portfolios and UK wealth distribution.

The deal will enhance WisdomTree’s ability to design and scale differentiated ETF products by integrating Atlantic House’s derivatives expertise and systematic investment approach. It also extends WisdomTree’s Models and Portfolio Solutions platform into the UK market, building on its existing presence in the United States and improving access to independent financial advisers across Europe.

WisdomTree expects the transaction to be modestly accretive in 2026, with additional upside driven by revenue synergies, expanded distribution, and operational scale. Following completion, the combined firm is projected to manage approximately $163 billion in global assets.

Atlantic House’s investment team will remain in place and continue managing existing strategies, while also contributing to the expansion of WisdomTree’s ETF and model portfolio offerings globally. The acquisition follows WisdomTree’s broader strategy of combining organic growth with targeted acquisitions, including its prior purchase of Ceres Partners, as it expands into areas such as private markets, derivatives, and digital asset-related products.
