WorkWave, a provider of software and solutions for mobile service companies, announced the appointment of Melinda Vedder as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Vedder will lead the company’s global human resources strategy, with a focus on culture, employee experience, talent acquisition, and career development as WorkWave continues to scale.
Vedder brings more than two decades of experience building people-focused organizations and high-performing teams. Most recently, she played a key role in expanding a high-growth technology company from 125 employees to more than 3,000. During that period, she managed a global workforce across 15 countries while maintaining strong employee retention.
At WorkWave, Vedder will oversee core HR functions that support the company’s continued growth. Her responsibilities include enhancing the employee experience and developing programs to strengthen skills and career advancement across the organization’s global workforce.
Vedder holds a degree in Communications from Saint Louis University.
WorkWave provides software and fintech solutions for service-based industries such as lawn care, pest control, commercial cleaning, and security. Its SaaS offerings include PestPac, RealGreen, and TEAM Software, which help businesses manage operations and drive growth.
