Webster will report directly to President Michael Brodeur and will oversee core operational functions, including partner and product integration, agent supervision, and governance. His mandate includes leading the development and execution of WFG’s operating strategy, with an emphasis on scalable, entrepreneur-focused technology and improved service delivery.

Webster brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across financial services, fintech, and healthcare. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Client Experience at The Cigna Group, where he led digital experience strategy and innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions to improve engagement and outcomes.
