Founded in 1985, C&A Insurance Agency has built its business around serving diverse communities, with a particular focus on Chinese, Cambodian, and Vietnamese clients. The firm is known for its multilingual capabilities and culturally informed approach to insurance advisory services.
The acquisition strengthens World Insurance Associates’ presence in multicultural markets within New York City, aligning with the firm’s broader strategy of expanding its footprint through targeted partnerships with community-focused agencies.
Following the transaction, C&A Insurance Agency will continue to operate as part of World, maintaining its client relationships while gaining access to expanded resources, product offerings, and infrastructure available through the larger organization.
