Woven Solutions announced the acquisition of Insignis, a provider of systems engineering and software development solutions supporting critical cyber operations for national security customers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition represents Woven’s fourth transaction since receiving a strategic investment from Falfurrias Management Partners in August 2025 and further strengthens the company’s position as a provider of AI-enabled mission software and technology solutions for the national security community.
Insignis specializes in building, securing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports sensitive and mission-critical operations. The company brings expertise in systems engineering, network engineering, and software development, enhancing Woven’s ability to address complex technical challenges and expand support for its core customers.
The combination increases Woven’s engineering resources and broadens its portfolio of technical capabilities. The acquisition also builds on a series of strategic investments aimed at accelerating growth and expanding the company’s delivery of mission-focused solutions.
