WSB has acquired Civil Infrastructure Associates, expanding the design and consulting firm’s municipal, environmental, water and surveying capabilities in the Nashville metropolitan area.
Founded in 2009 by Linda Sullivan, Civil Infrastructure Associates specializes in water and wastewater utilities, civil and site design, aviation infrastructure, surveying, GIS and infrastructure funding assistance.
The acquisition strengthens WSB’s presence in the Southeast and adds complementary infrastructure engineering capabilities.
WSB now operates more than 50 offices and employs approximately 1,800 people nationwide, serving government, commercial and infrastructure customers.
The companies plan to integrate their services and develop a coordinated go-to-market strategy during 2026.
WSB is a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm GHK Capital Partners.
