Wyndham Wealth has signed a $7 million investment term sheet with Gliding Deer, the independent gaming studio known for creating the global hit Bingo Drive. The funding will be used to advance the development of its GamePro Platform, which is deeply integrated with artificial intelligence capabilities as part of the company’s broader Game Factory model. And the funding will also support the rollout of new mobile gaming titles across international markets.
Wyndham Wealth is a multi-asset private equity and venture capital firm with more than $300 million under management. The firm focuses on companies that demonstrate strong technological differentiation and long-term growth potential, and reports an average consolidated revenue growth of 15% across its portfolio.
Founded in 2015, Gliding Deer has generated more than $70 million in lifetime revenue and built a global community of players across mobile, web, and Facebook platforms. The GamePro Platform is a proprietary development environment that incorporates AI tools for generative art, player behavior prediction, and real-time game balancing. This integrated system allows the studio to conceptualize, build, and release new mobile titles in as little as three to four months.
The partnership supports Gliding Deer’s plans to expand its gaming lineup following the success of Bingo Drive. Among the upcoming titles are TripleZ, a Mahjong Match 3 hybrid, and Chicken Out, a casual game designed for broad international appeal. The investment proceeds will be used to enhance the studio’s AI infrastructure, expand its creative and engineering teams, and fund the marketing and launch of new titles scheduled for 2026.
