xCures announced that it has closed a $46 million Series B financing round led by Innovius Capital. The round included participation from iGrow, GKCC, Spring Mountain Capital, and existing investors.

The new capital brings xCures’ total funding to more than $76 million.

xCures is a healthcare data company focused on turning fragmented medical records into decision-ready clinical data through its Clinical Clarity Engine.

The company said patient information is often scattered across thousands of labs, hospitals, imaging centers, and electronic medical record systems. Much of that information arrives as unstructured documents that are difficult to use in clinical workflows.

xCures’ Clinical Clarity Engine is designed to assemble and structure medical records into usable data that can support care decisions and healthcare operations.

The platform combines automated patient histories, evidence-grade data, and decision-ready checklists to create a clinical clarity layer for providers, value-based care organizations, diagnostic labs, and consumer health companies.

To date, xCures has processed more than 300 million medical records sourced from over 550,000 healthcare locations nationwide.

The company said its platform has supported clinical decisions for millions of patients across the United States.

xCures plans to use the new funding to accelerate product development, expand its team, and help more healthcare organizations transform fragmented records into actionable information.

The company’s Clinical Clarity Engine is built on nearly a decade of work in oncology, one of medicine’s most complex areas. xCures said the platform is now used across all clinical domains and can support a range of care and workflow use cases.

The engine extracts decision-ready data from medical records retrieved across U.S. healthcare systems and delivers information through a web interface or developer-friendly API.

xCures said every answer generated by the system links back to its source document, helping teams make more informed and trustworthy decisions.
