Xenia announced that it has raised $12 million in Series A investment from PSG, strengthening the company’s position as an emerging AI leader in the multi-location operations sector. The round represents PSG’s second investment in the company following its initial backing in 2021 and supports Xenia’s plan to deepen its AI capabilities for frontline and headquarters teams.
The Chicago-based company provides an AI-driven operations and compliance platform used by major operators, including Dave’s Hot Chicken, Adidas, Huck’s, Refuel, and H&S Energy. Customers have reported improvements in risk management, time savings, and consolidation of operational tools as they shift from legacy systems and manual processes to Xenia’s mobile-first AI environment.
Xenia’s platform is built to align every layer of a multi-unit organization, enabling consistent execution, real-time insight capture, and coordinated workflows across operations, HR, compliance, facilities, and IT. The company aims to equip frontline workers with modern technology that balances productivity with compliance as multi-unit operations face rising complexity, high turnover, and the loss of institutional knowledge.
PSG’s renewed investment reflects its confidence in Xenia’s momentum and the broader modernization needs of the multi-unit ecosystem. The sector generates hundreds of billions in revenue and employs millions of workers, yet many teams still rely on paper checklists, spreadsheets, and outdated legacy platforms. As operators seek data-driven decision-making and scalable workflows, Xenia aims to position itself as a category leader in food service, convenience, and specialty retail.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Chicago, Xenia continues building AI-powered solutions that help brands convert insights into execution and strengthen consistency across large operational footprints.
