Xentra, a Leeds-based digital security specialist, secured a £2.7 million growth capital investment from Maven, advised by K3 Deal Advisory. Xentra provides subscription-based cyber security, safeguarding, and compliance solutions, supporting more than 90 organizations, including Leeds United Football Club, Leeds Bradford Airport, Vista Technology Support, and JT Atkinson.
K3 Deal Advisory worked with Xentra’s shareholders and management team to position the business for investment, highlighting the strength of its subscription-based model and growth potential in the cybersecurity market.
The transaction was led by Katie Horsfield, Associate Director at K3 Deal Advisory, supported by Chris Collins, Director, and Tom Kennedy, Manager.
The investment will support Xentra’s next phase of growth, enabling it to expand its team, create jobs in the Leeds region, and continue investing in its technology and service offering.
