xFact announced that it has acquired Stonewall Solutions, a Massachusetts- and Rhode Island-based provider of custom technology solutions for state and local government.

The acquisition expands xFact’s public sector technology platform with new service offerings, mission-critical capabilities, and a broader geographic footprint across the Northeast and adjacent markets.

Founded in 2004, Stonewall provides technology solutions for government, law enforcement, higher education, and commercial organizations. Its capabilities include IT modernization, digital transformation, Microsoft 365 services, custom application development, technology consulting, case and content management, and cloud and hosting services.

Stonewall serves customers across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Mississippi, and Vermont. With the addition of Stonewall, xFact expands its ability to support clients across public safety and criminal justice, health and human services, state and local government, education, and advanced technology operations.

xFact said the combination creates a more comprehensive technology partner for public institutions that rely on secure, scalable, and innovative systems to deliver essential services.

Renovus Capital Partners, the majority owner of xFact, provided strategic and financial support for the transaction. The firm said the acquisition reflects its platform strategy for xFact, focused on building a scaled technology services provider for the public sector through organic growth and disciplined M&A.
