Paris-based treasury and cash management technology company XFolio AI announced the acquisition of Absolute Payment Solutions (APS), a Pay.UK-accredited Bacs service provider in the United Kingdom. The deal creates an integrated platform that combines treasury management, Bacs processing, open banking, risk management, and multi-rail payments capabilities for businesses across the UK.
APS provides Bacs-accredited payment services used by organizations in both the public and private sectors, supporting functions such as payroll processing, direct debit collections, and high-volume payment workflows. By combining APS’s payment infrastructure with XFolio AI’s treasury technology, the companies aim to offer a unified solution that enables organizations to manage liquidity, execute payments, and automate financial operations through a single platform.
The combined platform supports payment connectivity across multiple rails, including SWIFT, API, host-to-host (H2H), and EBICS networks. The companies said the offering is designed to provide advanced treasury and payments functionality without the cost and complexity typically associated with enterprise-grade systems.
XFolio AI plans to distribute the combined solution through both direct sales efforts and an expanding network of partners and financial institutions. The company believes banks, accountants, and intermediaries can use the platform to enhance their client offerings by integrating treasury and payment capabilities into existing services.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
