XiFin, a provider of AI-driven revenue cycle management solutions, has made a strategic investment in Notable Systems as part of the healthcare automation company’s Series B financing. The investment accompanies a multi-year strategic AI alliance focused on developing purpose-built agentic AI capabilities for healthcare revenue cycle management.
The companies plan to combine Notable’s enterprise-grade document intelligence with XiFin’s revenue cycle data, healthcare expertise, and workflow orchestration capabilities. The resulting technology will be integrated across the XiFin Empower AI RCM ecosystem, which supports diagnostic, medical device, and pharmacy organizations.
The collaboration is designed to automate document-intensive processes involved in healthcare orders and claims. Notable’s AI agents will work with requisitions, prescriptions, medical records, payer correspondence, and other unstructured information that traditionally requires significant manual processing.
XiFin said the technology will extend automation across workflows ranging from patient registration and eligibility verification to clinical documentation, billing, payments, and appeals. The companies expect the combination to reduce manual touches and improve financial outcomes, particularly in complex billing environments.
An early example of the partnership is XiFin Empower DocExtract, which uses Notable’s document intelligence to extract, classify, split, label, and route incoming medical records, orders, and correspondence into appropriate revenue cycle workflows.
Notable Systems is also realigning its operations to increase investment in engineering, product innovation, and embedded delivery capabilities for major healthcare providers and RCM platforms. Its customers include Orthofix, National Seating & Mobility, and Advanced Diabetes Supply, a Cardinal Health subsidiary.
