Activate Capital and XNRGY Climate Systems announced that Activate has made a strategic investment in XNRGY, a leading North American manufacturer of sustainable air handling and liquid cooling technologies. The investment will support the company’s continued growth, expand its domestic manufacturing presence, and accelerate the delivery of next-generation cooling solutions for data centers and other mission-critical infrastructure.
Following the opening of XNRGY’s new 275,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Mesa, Arizona, the first phase of a planned one-million-square-foot innovation campus, production commenced on May 1, 2025. This facility significantly enhances XNRGY’s U.S. capacity to meet the growing demand for efficient thermal management, particularly for hyperscale, modular, and edge data centers.
XNRGY’s liquid cooling systems are designed to perform effectively in high ambient temperatures, providing energy efficiency, reliability, and modular scalability. The company offers a full range of solutions, including Liquid Side, Air Side, and complete thermal management with proprietary control integration. These systems are developed by experienced HVAC engineers and are tailored to meet the increasing operational standards of modern data infrastructure.
When fully operational, the Mesa project is projected to employ more than 1,000 skilled workers and act as a key element in Arizona’s clean technology and advanced manufacturing sectors.
This investment highlights Activate Capital’s dedication to supporting transformative companies that are redefining global systems, driving the AI revolution and digital economy with next-generation, high-efficiency critical infrastructure.
