Xoriant, a global engineering and technology services company owned by ChrysCapital, announced the acquisition of Latvia-based TestDevLab, as the company continues to accelerate its multi-year expansion strategy across Europe, the United States, and India. This marks Xoriant’s fourth acquisition in three years, following transactions involving FEXLE Services, MapleLabs, and Thoucentric. The addition of TestDevLab brings more than 500 specialized quality engineering professionals and strengthens Xoriant’s presence in the Baltics and the broader European innovation ecosystem.
The acquisition deepens Xoriant’s investment in AI-enhanced quality engineering at a time when enterprises are adopting agentic and AI-driven systems at scale. As organizations focus on safety, reliability, and validation of probabilistic outcomes, Xoriant is positioning itself to deliver high-performance quality engineering for both traditional software and complex AI systems.
