XRC Ventures is a venture capital firm and accelerator for the next generation of disruptors in the retail technology, consumer goods, and consumer health tech sectors. And Demo Day is XRC Ventures’ highlight event of the year where the firm’s newest portfolio startups, the XRC team, investors, and industry insiders gather for startup pitches, dynamic panel discussions, and to network. Demo Day 2023 featured XRC Cohorts 14 and 15.

Consumer Healthtech
– MedsNow announced the launch of its full-stack payments platform with consolidated in-person and digital payments in one service.
Generative AI & MarTech
– Cluey announced the beta launch of its generative AI-powered, chat-based shopping assistant, “Cluey Concierge,” which can recommend brands based on user values and specific needs, making conscious consumerism that much easier.
– GoCharlie announced the release of “Ask Charlie,” a first-of-its-kind cognitive agent capable of reasoning, learning user brands and workflows, and executing an entire omnichannel campaign in a click.
– radd. announced a partnership with NVIDIA Inception for the development of a generative AI layer that personalizes eCommerce video reviews in accordance with customer history and preferences. The radd. video reviewing technology is already scaling on Shopify, and this next new version is expected to launch by the end of this year.
– Teleperson launched a back-end portal to enable third-party entities to map company call trees on the platform, and they’ve begun a full compliance review to be PCI, HIPAA, GDPR & SOC2 compliant, enabling them to work with enterprises.
Consumer Brands & NextGen Commerce
– Globe Thrivers announced a partnership with the Rosewood Hotel Group, a leader in high-end hospitality, which joined the startup’s mission to revolutionize the travel industry and truly put travelers first with Globe Thrivers’ next-generation loyalty program.
– MINU announced its first product MINU Brightening Sunscreen Minerals, which will be launched online and in stores in Spring 2024.
